Here is the process
Go on start button then all programs then Microsoft Office.... after that in which you want to create a chat means you want to create a chat in MS Word, MS Excel depending on your choice click out one and open them.
After that you will see Home,Insert, Page layout, Reference etc...
Then click on Insert menu and there you will see option for Chat , click on that , there are many styles of chat which you like just click and fill the required data and put ok.......now your chart is ready.

Step -1 : Type the data excel sheet
Step -2: Select the data
Step -3: Click on insert tab
Step -4: Click on chart option
Step -5: Select the particular chart
Step -6: Click on 'OK' button
