Purchase true to type gourd seeds.These seeds come from a crop of gourds that were not allowed to pollinate.FYM must be used better soil fertility. Plant seeds 2 feet apart in the row with 5 feet between rows.Depth of 1 inch seeds should be plump with a slight sheen on the surface. Sprinkling water system is use for irrigation and by true to type seedlings, cultivation of plump gourd will give higher return.
