its not perfectly divisible
first divide 4 by 3 which gives 1 as quotient and 1 as remainder
now divide 19 (1 from remainder) by 3 which gives 6 as quotient and 1 as remainder
so when 49 is divided by 3 it gives 16 as quotient and 1 as remainder.
