Who can understand you better than me in this case?

I was addicted to brainly as well, very much addicted, it was like I could not live without it for more than half day. But lemme tell you what I did to de-addict from using mobile phone.

Once, my mum took my phone and I was like , in my dreams too, I used to see messages, ah... I didn't get my mobile for almost a week, I engaged myself in other activities, activities which kept my busy. I was like spending my whole time in something which kept me busy, and that helped me to forget the mobile.

Best way is read novels, novels which you like, you know what, a person who reads books can really stop using mobile, that is because , one starts making his/her interest in reading and one can't stop reading till the novel gets over, you keep thinking about what will happen next, who will die , who will survive, etc etc.

Another way is, umm... play something, like take some coaching of some sport, or if not coaching , play any sport , that will help you as well.

Watch movies, play some indoor games, bring any book of riddles, or any extra course book.

But most importantly, just keep your phone away from yourself, keep it in the cupboard or give it to your parents and ask them to not to give you the mobile phone until and unless something really important has to be done, I bet, this will help.

Well, now I don't get dreams in whifh I see Facebook and all xD
