Today, students look at a piece of info in ur textbook as food. They eat their food, vomit it on the exam sheet and come back home empty stomach. When a person does that, whatever they have learnt become thin fragments of memory. Things that you have learnt the night before, shift themselves to the backside of the brain and ur brain is infested by anxiety. Of you study like this ur answer will slip down ur hand like mercury.
In order to avoid anxiety, the beat advice I could possibly give u is UNDERSTAND. Have a good grip on ur concepts. In that manner, u would never feel like u r cheating urself. I feel anxiety is just ur consciousness saying, “u shouldn’t have done this”. So make sure u don’t have any regrets(going to a party the day before ur exam)
U might still have post tramautic stress. But remember, anxiousness is human instinct
