exams, one of the most scared time. all students have to prepare for exams to gain good marks, many of them cheating in exams & they failed when caught by teacher or cctv camera. students specially tensed during exam times. the best way to deal with exam stress is to start loving your exams. if we hate exams they will irritate as but if we love exams then exams want to leave us.
nothing will happen if we study continues for 4-5 hours because doing something continues can irritate us. doing study in the early morning is same but it is better than continues study. by using timer we can get some target that we study 2 hours or 1 hours. before start doing study u have to relax your mind. the best way to deal with exam stress is to not worry about it. and just relax yourself. solve all those ques first whom u know the answer.
