Firstly be understood that exams are not a stress friend , they are the part of a student life, that is most important to have becz it gives the judgement to them...
But I know that we feel stress and burden for exams, I'm also a board student , so I know your problem..
So, we can deal with exam stress by adopting following ways... :-
• Surely make a balanced time table in which u give proper time for study , for playing, for rest also...
• Take a good entertainment source for some time to be relax...
• Firstly be sure that u prepared all those subjects which r easy for u...
• Then give ur too much time for hard subjects...
• Ask your queries with your teacher or friends...
• Take a good sleep and proper diet...
• Study to bee free not take as a responsibility...
