how to decrease calaries......in low days..


AbhishGS: u can find app. home workout if u regularly keep on the exercise on that u will definitely decrease fat. like me
AbhishGS: spicy foods i like very much. so if u can't avoid spice foods then u should also eat vegetables with spices
AbhishGS: to balance the over getting body
AbhishGS: I can't stop eating spices so i get this soln. i am always fit.
AbhishGS: and u know in a week we should eat spicy food atmost 2 times this maintains the body to immune.
