first of all I would like you to know that it is not easy to decrease your weight in only two weeks
But I suggest you to
1) while eating chew for a longer time (not more than limit)
2) do Exercise in your limit.
3) try to eat more are more protinecious food rather than fat,junk or carbohydrates
4) consume a lot of citrus fruits and some other fruits.
5) While eating do not get distracted towards T.V or mobile etc.electronic items

never be vigorous to loose your weight
Let it be slowly and also after it try to maintain your weight by balanced diet good exercise and some other activities
