To decrease thigh and become fit....

1. exercise daily

2. do yogasan ...for this u can take help from internet or from books aor TV

3. run everyday atleast 5 Km in morning

4. live a healthy life and stop eating junk foods.

5. consult a physician for regular checkups.

6. u can join gym also for doing exercises in view of trainer.

7. try to do all exercises in a calm and fresh environment...may be in park or somewhere if u have garden.

8. never overdose anything...just move on step by step.
