Comments can't be deleted by you. It can only be done by the moderators. You can just report the answer or questions if it's not appropriate then the moderators will delete it after checking them.

Only moderators have this opportunity to delete the comments. Moderators are the people who gains a special rank on brainly by answering and crossing the rank of moderators.
You can contact any moderator by simply searching their names in the messages column. You can ask them to delete the comments. Some of the moderators are nikki57, Praneethworldtopper, kvmurthy etc.
