The power to delete user's Brainly account is only in the hands of administrator who is respected Rishi sir @Rishilaugh. You can contact him and define the specific reason for which you're requesting do delete your account. At times, If the there is no response , you may consult a Moderator about this. They will help you.

This is the answer of Your Query.
To delete your account, login in account in any browser. Go to edit profile, then select "Preferences". There you will see "I want to delete My account". Click on it, then Retype password. ..Your account will be deleted.
One More and Easy One...
Just contact any Moderator and give him the reason of Your Deletion, he will surely make your Deleted.
Rishilaugh Sir is Admin here. He can delete any account.
Also, Praneethworldtopper , Arya1308, Bellastark1 and TheRuhanikaDhavan can delete accounts.
You can also ask to me, I will surely Send for Deletion.
