Well normal users are not authorized to delete comments.

Only special people called moderators have the power to delete comments. Well normal users can report comments if they are using the website version of Brainly. While reporting there is a flag present near the comments which provides us the option of reporting.

After reporting the moderators will take care of moderating the comments.
