How to determine mass percentage of oil from different oil seeds

Mass\mass% = Mass gained\total mass after absorption * 100

Eg: Mass of raisins before: 5g

Mass of raisins after soaking: 10g

Mass% = 10-5\10 * 100

=5\10*100

=50%
