you can determine Bond length by following steps:

Draw the Lewis structure.
Count the total number of bonds.
Count the number of bond groups between individual atoms.
Divide the number of bonds between atoms by the total number of bond groups in the molecule.

Bond length is determined on the basis of the 'bond' like...
The bond length is maximum between two molecules if there is a single bond between them...

The bond length is somewhat less than single bond if there is presence of double bond between two molecules.. Because in double bond, there are 4 electrons present which creates more attraction, reducing bond length...

The bond length is minimum when there is presence of triple bond between two molecules... Because of the same reason given above...
