How to determine the nature of charge on the object by gold leaf electroscope?​

u cant determine nature of charge but electroscope is used to determine whether a body is charged or not

but if u want a clever way:

take any charged object say positively charged touch it on electroscope we can see the leaf repel.

Now to test our body that we need to know what charge it has...just touch it on electroscope if the leaf repel more the given body is positively charge if repelsion decreases the given body is negatively charged
