5. Invest in infrastructure, mainly roads, ports and power

6. Invest in R & D

7. Reduce import of crude oil and gold

8. Promote national integration and unity

9. Strong rules against discrimination of any kind,

10. Strong rules for women (any person for that matter)

11. Fast track judicial procedures
