Explanation:

A homogeneous mixture is a solid, liquid or gaseous mixture that has the same proportions of its components throughout any given sample whereas conversely, a heterogeneous mixture has components in which proportions vary throughout the sample.

Homogenous mixtures generally have a uniform composition throughout the mixture whereas Heterogeneous mixtures have composition which may vary from point to point.

In Homogenous mixtures, the whole mixture is in the same phase whereas in Heterogeneous mixture, substances can be of two phases and layers may separate.

In Homogenous mixtures, the components are not visible to the naked eyes whereas in Heterogeneous mixtures, components can be easily observed even through the naked eyes.

In Homogenous mixtures, components cannot be separated easily whereas in Heterogeneous mixture, components can be separated easily using various physical methods
