The main difference between male and female skeleton is::- The Pelvis of a male skeleton is narrow and less roomy while that of female skeleton Pelvis is wide and deep because of the child's birth process that has to be taken place in the female. In General:- 1.Generally,Male skeleton is heavier and larger than female skeleton. 2.The Pelvis is heavy and thick in male and lighter in female. 3.Sciatic notch is narrow in male and wide in female. 4.Limb bones of male skeleton are larger and thicker than female skeleton.
