How to dilute .1 normalty sulphuric acid into .02normalty sulphuric acid?

Since H2SO4 is a dibasic acid it's Normality= Molarity x 2. So 0.5 M= 0.5 x 2= 1N. On diluting 10 times the concentration reduces by 1/10 the of the original solution.
