How to dilute concentrated sulphuric acid and its effect on dilution on it ph

If you have to dilute concentrated sulphuric acid you have to do this method :

Take 10ml of Concentrated h2so4 then add water (90ml) then it will be diluted. If sulphuric acid it's effect on dillution on its ph will be increase than the concentrated sulphuric acid.
