How to discourage rote learning and promote knowledge.. Pls reply fast..

It is possinle only when we make the tiny kids of primary school and their teachers as well, the disadvantages of rot learning because in higher standards, it becomes impossible for both of them to leave their old and traditional methods of learning and teaching.

Rote learning is a very bad habit. Bcos if we don't understand the topic only then what is the use. Many students believe that Rote learning is good. But in my opinion it's not. As it does not help for whole life as the students will go in higher classes then there is no use of Rote. We have to understand the topic. As when we will understand the topic we can create our own ans. As it stays in mind for many days. But if we Rote the topic then we will forget it after some minutes only.
So try to understand the topic not to Rote.

Gaining marks is simple but to create ur own
ideas on that topic and get marks is not simple.
