How to divert students from social media to their goals?

lol, divert is a negative word here, anyways
The best way (which worked for me too) is to literally scold them so much in a single hour, that they'd get frustrated, give them some space, maybe they'd frown,cry, break a bone or two, and if at the moment they have their phones nearby, they'll prolly Delete their accounts on social media immediately,

Two things to kept in mind here, the ruckus should have to be on something related to social media/internet usage, if not directly - this should be the topic you should talk to them for like days before this, just to provoke them !
Another thing : make them realize how it's Killin' their time, realization is a must, if they don't get it by self, let them have some time, their grades will do it all!

Actually ...social media is good but it becomes bad when we misuse .... it depends upon student that how much he uses ...

but stilll....

we can divert a student

with lots of intresting story book
with puzzels
According to me mainly a student can divert his mind easily by playing....
play sports,run, play games with ur brother or sister spend some time for this really it works .....
