hey buddy..!!
follow the following steps..
1. Remove decimal from numerator and increase zero (0) in denominator acc to the removal of decimal
2. Now simply divide both numerator and denominator by 2 you will get 823 in numerator and 1000 in denominator .
3. now put decimal before 3 digits from RHS in numerator because of presence of 3 zeros in numerator and the answer will be 0.823
and this is the answer
