i think you find this type of calculations in process of finding number of electrons or charge.
to make it simple,
1/(1.6*10^-19) (^ indicates to the power of)
if you take 10^-19 at numerator, then it will be 10^19.
because 1/a^-n = a^n
= 10^19 / 1.6
= 10*10^18 / 1.6
= 10/1.6 * 10^18
= 6.25 * 10^18.
