in 18 )a) rationalise the denominator of lhs first and solve it and ans which u get compare it with the rhs equation, suppose u got value as 3+√3×2 so according to rhs the ans would be a=3 & b=2. in 18)b)rationalise both the fractions& then u will get the denominator same and add both the values and u will get ur required answer
