ok so first of all mark all the pages that are to be must learned and read them twice (I know it can be annoying ) …. also during that time try to give your brain some rest by walking from one area to another one … it can help reduce the mental stress …. then next pls do not eat any junk food during this time ….also no sweets ….anyways moving on mark the important points by a highlighter or use pencil....in case you have diagrams to draw make sure to practice it at least five times … Imagine all the things that you are learning in some form like suppose you are learning on how the heart work so imagine you breathing and how it goes it your heart and all …. also keep the thing distracting you from your studies far away …. keep your hands straight because one thing I have noticed is that kids tend to use a pencil or a pen or something and draw or do something in a paper....also check your paper twice
