first we will know what is astral projection

its a technique using which we can come out from your physical body .

well i wanna introduce yourself that

you have two body

one is physical and another is astral or you can say spritual.

and

our mind have also two parts

conscious and unconscious mind

we generally use conscious mind.

but we know that unconscious mind is more powerful than that of conscious mind and it helps us in activation of third eye (pineal gland).

now come on definition

so its a technique to coming out of your astral body from your physical body only using our unconscious mind.

HOW WE CAN DO SO??

first

do meditation daily and activate your third eye.

so that you can focus on any thing greatly.

now after doing so

choose a place where no one is present you are all alone there and no one can disturb you.

now, lay or sit down and keep your body relaxed.

note= your back bone should be straight

close your eyes and relax your mind

now

you will observe that you are unable in relaxing your mind. so now focus on your breathing.

after 10 -15 minutes you will observe that your mind is totally relaxed.

so now your body will sleep but you have to wake up your mind.

now we will use visualisation technique.

visualise that you have been climbing a rope after 10-15 minutes you will see a white light which is capturing you.

oh my god what happened to you.

don't worry now you are out of your physical body.

now you can see yourself sleeping.

What you can do after coming out of your physical body?

let me think.

oh god you can do any thing

you can go any where in this multiverse.

even in any dimension.

you can travel time.

you can do any thing.

to perform astral projection,start by lying down in a darl ,quit place where you wont be desturbed.once your comfortable,close your eyes and focus on your breathing lia like this untill your just about to sleep but your awale
