\huge\boxed {Answer}}}

2x + y = 8 ( we need two solution of the given equations to draw the graph)

putting x = 0

2 (0)+ y= 8

y = 8

putting y = 0

2x +0 = 8

x = 8/2 = 4

(0,8) and (4,0)

Similarly x+2y=7

putting x = 0

0+ 2y = 7

y = 7/2 = 3.5

putting y = 0

x + 2(0) = 7

x = 7

(0,3.5) and (7,0)

HOPES THIS HELPS YOU................☺☺

You can take this point on x -axis amd y- axis to draw the graph of the given equation.......

step by step explanation.
2x+y=7(eqn.1)
x+2y=8(eqn.2)
multiply equation 1 by 2 we get,
4x+2y=7(eqn.3)
now subtract eqn.2 from eqn. 3,
we get,
4x+2y=7
x+2y=8
– – –
––––––––
3x = -1
––––––––
or x= –1/3 or 0.33
putting the value of x in eqn. 1,
we get,
-1/3+2y=8
2y= 8+1/3
2y= 8.33
y= 4.17
points will be (0.33, 4.17)
make Graph.
