Answer: Follow the steps to do the meditation :
Step 1: Sit in a calm place where you find peace most.
Step 2: Sit straight in which your backbone should be straight.
Step 3: Close your eyes gently.
Step 4: Focus on your breadth without changing its speed.
Step 5: Be grateful for the things that you have like your breadth and the other things which you didn't have but now have to the Supreme God.
Step 6: Now, Breath in such a way that when you inhale your stomach expands and when you exhale your stomach sinks inside.
Step 7: Take deep breaths now...
Step 8: Keep your mind focused on your breath at the moment. If your mind drifts away just bring it back to breath.
Step 9: Think about your breath that where the air is tavelling inside your body.
Step 10: After doing that for at least 8-10 mins, You can gently open your eyes.
