How to do the speed and velocity sums

speed=distance: time
velocity=displacement: time
so,by applying this formula the sums can be done

Heya,

Speed mostly refers in the same way as Velocity.

In most of the cases they are calculated using the same formula.

But, to be particular;

Velocity = Displacement/ time

and Speed = Distance/ time

The main difference between speed and velocity is velocity has direction along with magnitude while speed do no have any direction.
