Refractive index of water with respect to air ($u_{wa}$)= 4 / 3 
Refractive index of glass with respect to air ($u_{ga}$) = 3 / 2 

Now, Applying the formula -

$u_{ab}$ = 1 / $u_{ba}$

1. $u_{aw}$ = 3 / 4
2. $u_{ag}$ = 2 / 3

Now, 
$u_{gw}$ = $u_{aw}$  /  $u_{ag}$ = 3 / 4 ÷ 2 / 3  = 9 / 8

Therefore, the refractive index of glass with respect to water is 9/8.
