Let AC and BD are the diagonal of the parallelogram which intersects each other at point O.
Now, AO = OC = AC/2 = 6.2/2 = 3.1
And BO = OD = BD/2 = 8/2 = 4
Construction:
1. Draw a line segment BC of length 5.6 cm
2. Now, take B as center and draw an arc length of 4 cm
3. Again, take C as center and draw an arc length of 3.1 cm which intersect the previous arc at point O
4. Now, join O to B and C
5. Extend BO to D such that BD = 8
6. Extend CO to A such that AC = 6.2
7. Finally, join A to B, A to D and C to D.
This is the required parallelogram ABCD
