Theoretically in hypotonic solutions, water will move into the raisin by osmosis
Also theoretically in hypertonic solution, water should leave the raisin and move into the solution by osmosis; however in reality this is most likely not going to happen, because raisins are not living cells.
To clarify things - hypertonic means a greater solute than solvent, e.g. if your solute was salt and solvent was water, hypertonic means greater salt than water.
hypotonic- this is just the opposite, less solute and more solvent, e.g. less salt more water.
