if you are asking how to draw a perpendicular bisector of a side of a triangle then
1) Take the length more than half of the side that you want to bisect .(with a compass)
2) Put the compass on one of the vertex you want to bisect.
3) Now , cut an arc below the line, and an arc above the line
4)Now, put the compass on the other vertex of the line again cut an arc above the line and an arc below the line.
5) Now join the points where the two arcs abover the line and below the line meet , you will get the perpendicular bisector.
