Answer:

To calculate the atomic mass of a single atom of an element, add up the mass of protons and neutrons. Example: Find the atomic mass of an isotope of carbon that has 7 neutrons. You can see from the periodic table that carbon has an atomic number of 6, which is its number of proton

There's no need to learn the atomic masses of each and every elements.

You have to know the atomic masses of first 20 elements, some transition metals, gr 18 elements and some elements like uranium, thorium etc.

The atomic mass is double the atomic number of an element. But it is not applicable for all the elements in the periodic table.

The atomic masses of elements like He, Li, C, N, O, Ne, Si, S, Cl, Ca are double the atomic number.

The atomic masses of elements like Be, B, F, Na, Mg, Al, P, Ar and K are not double the atomic number.

For these elements just double the atomic number and add 1.

Answer:

➡️Break down the table into sections.

➡️Spread out the memorization process.

➡️Learn the elements in a song.

➡️Make nonsense words made from element symbols.

➡️Use color to learn element groups.

➡️Use a mnemonic device to help remember the order of the elements.

Hope it will be useful to remember the periodic table
