We should encourage people for maintaining cleanliness by we should only be in cleanliness then other will see us and they also think about it and slowly they will also start maintaining cleanliness. Like if a student is always making dirty things then his parents must scold him and they also should maintain cleanliness then only there child will be in cleanliness..... UNDERSTAND!
