1)Discuss on the topic and why it is important in an open arena by making a group and going to street and street and if possible make this discussion viral through the help of paper, radio and t.v.
2)We must be correct and be good at civil behavior i.e on how we live, talk and behave.
3)You must give a clear explanation onto why you are different and encourage people towards it.

A human being’s behaviour is dependent on two influencing factors, viz. heredity and environment. That is to say, the family and friends are the primary influencers in shaping a person’s behavioural pattern.

During early childhood, it is the bounden duty of parents to monitor very carefully how the child’s behavioural template is shaped. The school, the friends and wherever else the child goes or whoever else the child mixes with are equally important determining factors. This process goes on during the youth as these are the stages when good or bad values may be imbibed. The Government and Civil Society, as well as the media, too have an important role to play in shaping civility in our behavioural pattern.

Parents must behave well among themselves, with the children, the neighbours, their elders, their office colleagues and even the servants. This way, they would be setting an example for the child to take note and adopt civilised behaviour. The older people must ensure all members of the family exhibit a strong civic sense in public places and behave in a commensurate manner. In effect, the parents and other older people in the family must lead by good example.

Teachers need to set as well as practice high standards and inculcate good habits in students.  Their contribution is of immense value  in encouraging tomorrow’s citizens to acquire civilised behaviour.

Civil Society and the media must propagate good behaviour all around, with special emphasis on the children. This should be done by harping on the fact that today’s children need to grow up as good, responsible citizens and make the nation great.

The Government must put in place persuasive measures to improve on the behaviour and habits of its citizens. It must reward those who follow the basic tenets of a civilised society, at the same time punish others who do not do so. A case in point is the ‘Swachh Bharat’ campaign of the present Government. If adopted by all its citizens, a clean India will be beneficial for everyone. It’ll create a laudable impression about our country in other people’s eyes. People that create nuisance in public places must be punished. Such a measure will go down well with everybody and realisation of improved behaviour will dawn across people from all sections of society.
