if we have to round or estimate number nearest to one decimal place then we will see before of that number is 5 or greater than 5 then add 1 to next digit and other numbers are replaced by zero
for example 22.89 and if we want to round nearest to 8 then it will be 22.90
for example 22.89 and if we want to round nearest to 8 then it will be 22.90
