the frictional force is depend on the moving of vehicle if it's a block heavy it may need it more frictional force and if its a car it may not needing because it is it is moving by the engine if you're telling cycle the bicycle begin to slow down when you stop that link this is behind because a fictional force acting on opposite to the direction of motion in order to keep the bicycle moving we have to start pending again is it appears that an object maintain it motion under the confrontation application of an unbalanced force

As there are 3 types of friction:
(1) static
(2) sliding/ kinetic
(3) rolling
but,
In case of moving vehicle we only have 1 of the 3 frictions acting, that is, Kinetic/ Sliding Friction.
