 \frac{ {x}^{2} - 9x - 12 }{ {x}^{2}  - 4}   =  - 9x - 3

   \frac{ {x}^{3} + 5x + 7 }{x + 4}  =  \frac{ {x}^{3} + 4x + 7 }{4}  =  {x}^{3}  + x + 7 =   {x}^{4}  + 7
