let p(x) = 12x³-14x²-10x
as per condition
2x(6x²-7x-5)=0
either 2x=0
gives x=0
or 6x²-7x-5=0
6x²-7x=5
(x√6)²-2×x√6×7/2√6+(1/2√6)²=5+(1/2√6)²
(x√6-1/2√6)²=5+1/24
(x√6-1/2√6)=±√(121/24)
x√6= ±(11/2√6)+1/2√6
using x√6=11/2√6+1/2√6
x=12/(2×√6×√6)
x=1
using x√6=-11/2√6+1/2√6
x=-10/(2√6×√6)
x=-5/6
