4x^2-2x-2x+1

4 {x}^{2}   - 4x + 1 \\ 4 {x}^{2}  - 2x - 2x + 1 \\ 2x(2x - 1) - 1(2x - 1) \\ 2x = 1 \\ x =  \frac{1}{2}  \\ x =  \frac{1}{2}
