see first we multiply constant term which is 3( always last one) with coffeicient of x^2(x square) then we take LCM of that number and look for a number which on multiply can give us the same number and look for number which on any + and - give us the centre number I. e. coffiecient of b. then we simply make factors by taking common variables and numbers.
