Use the relation :
For any quadratic equation ax² + bx + c = 0
Sum of roots = -b/a and product of roots = c/a
You know m+n, you know mn.
It is a matter of seconds to work out m and n !!!!!
Things become easy if you make the coefficient of x² as 1.
