(x^2-m^2)-(x-m)

For the separation of the first term we need to use the identity a^2- b^2=(a+b)(a-b)

=(x-m)(x+m)-(x-m)

So we need to take x -m as common .

=(x-m) (x+m)-1

=(x-m) (x+m-1)

HENCE THIS WAY NEED TO FACTORISE LIKE THIS.
