You have to go with T method.
T method is nothing but, you have to calculate the product of the first and te third term.
Then with the answer received and the second term you have to find the sum and product with that of the same numbers respectively.
For example,
12x^2-7x+1
sum= -3+(-4)
product= -3×(-4)
= 12x^2 -3x -4x +1
Now take the common terms out for each pair seperately as the value in the bracketatches with each other.
=3x(4x -1) -1 (4x -1)
Now take away the similar terms away.
= (4x -1) (3x -1)
