It depends on a case, if judge allows you to plead your own case and if you know the procedure u can plead before court by filing dockets drafted on your own and you can represent your case without a lawyer as party-in-person (pro se) this is one way. Another way is, If you are not in a position to engage a lawyer or you became insolvent you can ask court by filing pleading “Informa Pauperis” as an insolvent and the court will provide a state lawyer to plead your case. In case, the case is complicated and needs a lawyer which is purely based on a question of law then definitely court will not accept without a lawyer it asks you to engage a lawyer. When the case runs on only facts and nothing is required to court then judge may allow you to appear as party-in-person to plead your case.
