now divide this into two parts

Now lets take the first part,
we need to cross multiply now.
2*x=7*8
x=56/2
x=28
now the second part
Again cross multiply .
8/x=y/-63
now as we know x ,substitue x here
8/28=y/-63
28y=8*-63
y=(8*-63)/28
y=-18
