100x = 70

100x-x = 99x = 69.3

x = 69.3/99 can also be written as

x= 693/990

since the denominator of fraction is in form of multiples of only 2 and 5 it is terminating hence proved for a 4mark question.

FOR 2 MARKS,

since 0.7 doesnt have any extending decimals and is stopped at one decimal position, it is terminating. CHEERS
